Regional Sales Representative - Texas and surrounding states

Job Summary:

Medical device imaging company looking for an aggressive sales representative to drive business in a patient-centric environment. You will be in-servicing medical professionals in the presence of patients in ICU, Radiology, OR and emergency rooms. The ability to adapt and perform professionally within stressful environment is critical.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales in a hospital, physician office or imaging center and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for assigned and acquired products as required.
  • Calling on physicians, imaging center directors, materials management, hospital administrators and clinical directors to create awareness of the company's products
  • Conduct in-services, seminars and demonstrations as necessary to groups of professionals, sometimes in the presence of patients and patient family members
  • Learn the company's products as well as the competitor's products to better promote the company's product
  • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily call expectations.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, communications, or related fields
  • RT (or similar) with AT LEAST 2 years medical sales experience

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience. Medical device and or capital sales background is preferred as is business-to-business experience. You must have a DOCUMENTABLE track record in successful selling
  • Completes pre and post-sales technical product advice for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical proposals including on-site product demonstrations (sometimes in the presence of patients) and implement a customer needs plan to assure potential sale is feasible within cost, time and environment constraints.
  • You must be comfortable with technology, be able to present using a laptop computer and be able demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures is highly desirable
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. Since this position requires extensive driving during the workday, a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record is mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post employment) may be required.
  • You must be physically capable of transporting/moving a large piece of capital equipment.

Electro - Mechanical Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical and electrical cabling system installation and troubleshooting.
  • System test and verification of the equipment.
  • Assemble and test various sub-assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot to component level.
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools
  • Ability to read schematics and the use of DVMs.
  • Able to interpret BOMs and assembly drawings.
  • Previous experience with medical or complex capital equipment required.
  • Attention to detail a must.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Formal training with 5 years related work experience preferred

Final Test Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

  • System test and Calibration
  • Conduct image testing of systems and related items in accordance with the work specifications and procedures
  • Ability to system troubleshoot to the component level
  • Assist in entire system assembly, mechanical, Electrical and cabling
  • Knowledge and ability to work with measuring and test equipment such as venires, torque gauges, power supplies, scopes, multi meters and more.
  • Must be available for travel to customer sites
  • Attention to detail a must.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate degree in a technical area BSc preferred
  • Formal training with 5 years related work experience in complex capital equipment
