Dr. Eric M. Bailey: President/CEO/Founder - NeuroLogica Corp., received an honorary Doctor of Biomedical Engineering degree from Northeastern University in 2006 for his contributions to aerospace/defense, homeland security, and medical imaging. He received an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Citadel Military College in 1984 and rose to the rank of Captain in the U.S. Air Force before entering the private sector in 1988. As one of the youngest program managers at Northrop, he developed the first closed loop micro-machined accelerometer and gyroscope. He has twenty Patents and over twenty years of expertise in medical and security imaging and aerospace/defense industries. |
| As Vice President of computed tomography engineering for Analogic Corporation, he led the developments of several state of the art medical and security CT systems, including the mid range CT product line for Philips Medical Corporation, and the world's first multi-slice CT scanner which was designed for explosives detection, now installed at major US airports. Eric Co-founded NeuroLogica Corporation in 2004 and serves as President and CEO. NeuroLogica is a company dedicated to developing revolutionary medical imaging products targeted at neurological applications. The first product, CereTom® CT, is an innovative portable head/neck CT scanner that can be brought bedside in EDs, ICUs and surgical suites. NeuroLogica received the Medical Design Excellence Award 2006, and is presently developing an ambulance based CereTom® CT that has civilian and military potential. |

Dr. Bernard M. Gordon: Chairman: Board of Directors - received his B.S and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1949. Considered the "father of analog to digital conversion" for his inventions and contributions to signal translation, medical tomography and other high-precision instrumentation, he has more than 200 patents worldwide. He founded Analogic Corporation and recently retired as Chairman of the Board. Prior to Analogic, he was the President and co-founder of Epsco, Incorporated. In 1986, he received the National Medal of Technology from President Reagan, and in 1991, he was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering and has been the recipient of several honorary engineering doctoral degrees. He is the Chairman of Lahey Clinic and a Trustee of Tufts University.

Andrew Tybinkowski: Founder/Vice President of Engineering - received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Polish Institute of Technology in 1966. He is the holder of fourty-one patents and has over thirty years experience in designing precision, high speed, rotating, and stationary mechanical systems for medical, security, and NDT X-ray systems.

Philip Sullivan: Vice President of Global Operations - received his B.S and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University in the UK. He holds several patents. He was the director of Continuous Engineering and test at Varian Semiconductor Associates, the Corporate Vice President for Customer Operations at Brooks Automation and today is the Global Vice President of Operations for Neurologica. He has been recognized for process improvement, value engineering and customer satisfaction and was part of Varian’s VLSI #1 rating for customer satisfaction 3 years running. He has built highly efficient infrastructure around the world and has over 20 years experience in International business. |

David R. Webster: Vice President of Sales & Marketing - David joined NeuroLogica in April 2005 as Director of Sales. Under his leadership, NeuroLogica successfully launched the CereTom portable CT scanner,
CereTom OTOscan CT scanner and the CereTom Doro Skull fixation product line. Since then, the CereTom is fast becoming a standard of care for Neuro/Pedi/Cardiac/Neonatal ICU’s and Neurosurgical/ENT/Maxillofacial operating rooms
world-wide. Prior to joining NeuroLogica, David worked at Brain Saving Technologies in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President, Global Sales. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Citadel and a Masters of Business Management degree from Troy State University. |

Colin Timothy McDonald, MD: Chief Medical Officer- Dr. McDonald, MD is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in neurocritical care and is an international expert in stroke and emergency neurology. Dr. McDonald has bedside clinical experience as an attending physician at a major Boston teaching hospital as well as director of busy stroke program at a Massachusetts community hospital. He is also the founder and chief medical officer of the multi-state telemedicine provider, Specialist On Call, Inc. An engaging and accomplished public speaker, Dr. McDonald was recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2002 by the neurology residents and students at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Damian Brennan: Vice President of Engineering - Damian joined NeuroLogica in October 2008 as Director of Engineering. He received his Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Lowell. Prior to joining NeuroLogica, Damian worked for Varian Semiconductor Equipment as a Product Engineering Manager. He holds six patents and has over twenty years experience in the development of ion implant equipment and high voltage power systems. Under Damian’s leadership at Varian, new standards were set for development cycle time, ion implanter productivity, precision and equipment reliability.

Don Fickett: Vice President of Regulatory and Quality - Don has more than 15 years of Regulatory and Quality experience in the medical device industry. Prior to NeuroLogica, Don was part of Spire BioMedical, where he was responsible for quality and regulatory affairs for 10 FDA 510K’s (Class II and III), numerous international certificates and ISO coordination. He received his Bachelor of Science, Information Technology from Southern Maine University.
