A LETTER FROM NEUROLOGICA

COVID-19 is impacting the daily lives of people across the globe — individuals, families, colleagues, healthcare providers and patients.

Amidst these uncertain times, we want to share something you can feel certain about – Samsung NeuroLogica’s unwavering commitment to our employees and customers. Our employees are working harder than ever to ensure a level of service continuity that will enable healthcare providers to diagnose their patients during their time of need. As we anticipate an increase in patients needing immediate diagnoses and treatments, Samsung NeuroLogica has increased our production of critical products, including our mobile DR GM85, portable HM70 ultrasound and the BodyTom, our mobile, full-body CT.

We are committed to delivering comprehensive, ongoing support wherever applicable guidelines allow so that Samsung systems are available for use when you need them. At this time, we are doing our best to ensure the support is available for all critical service activities, preserving normal service and support operations wherever possible. To further mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to help ensure the continued safety of our customers and all Samsung NeuroLogica employees, we have instituted several guidelines for all of our customer-facing employees. These guidelines will remain in effect in accordance with local government guidelines. We will work with your teams to reschedule non-critical support activities such as planned maintenance and non-essential training, and to employ remote solutions wherever possible. Should you require an onsite visit to your institution by a Samsung NeuroLogica service, clinical or commercial employee for training, repair or an emergency installation, we will work to adhere to your institution’s visitation protocol and comply with your COVID-19 safety guidelines.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evolve our policies and best practices based on professional guidance.
